Water-Power Energy Technology Group
Executive Summary
Mission
Mission Statement: To improve the world
by introducing efficient, ready-to-use environment friendly
technologies that will revolutionize transportation, electric
power generation, and heating systems, worldwide.
Company Vision
To develop safe and effective environmental technologies
including ultra efficient electrical power supplies as well
as hydrogen systems for engines and generators. The company
will develop and promote functional 21st century technologies
that are non-polluting and will force the replacement of systems
that are inefficient and or destroying the biosphere of the
planet.
These new technologies will reduce or eliminate the need
for fossil fuels and provide affordable power and heat to
any nation on earth.
The Technologies
COLD
FLAME HYDROGEN ON DEMAND (H.O.D.):
The use of electricity to split hydrogen from water is called
electrolysis. This technology is common in submarines as a
means of creating oxygen by splitting fresh, filtered water
with a 12-volt Direct Current. New advances in this technology
now allow us to increase sufficient amounts of monatomic stable
hydrogen (M-Gas) in volumes that will allow an internal combustion
engine to run efficiently and indefinitely. Our electronic
method of separation is revolutionary.
The device is compact and can be attached to any gasoline
or diesel engine. This will convert water to hydrogen on demand,
as the engine requires. This is less expensive than fuel cell
technology and safer than bulky hydrogen storage tanks. The
exhaust is in the form of H2O. This technology has been tested
and is currently being evaluated for long-term use in a multitude
of applications involving engines of all types.
SOLID STATE POWER GENERATOR: We have developed
two demonstrable electronic, solid-state systems/power plants
that are self-sustaining and scalable to any desired power
output. The devices convert electrical charges in the environment
to electricity, similar to the way a solar cell converts sunlight
to electricity. Therefore, there is little to no power
required to operate these affordable devices. The units are
compact in size and use mostly off-the-shelf components.
The theory and control systems that allow these devices to
work are proprietary. Based on the works of Nikola Tesla,
Lester Hendershot and John Keely, these technologies
are now a reality with limitless applications.
SYMPATHETIC WAVE HEATER is a device that
can heat a gallon of water up to boiling in approximately
2 minutes, all on a 9-Volt battery putting out 1/5th of an
Ampere! It normally takes 1 watt to heat 1 gallon 1 degree
F in 1 hour. This device is a small stainless steel globe
with a frequency generator built-in. It can also be designed
as a tube or thermos. As a heater or boiler, this technology
is the most efficient and safe heating unit available.
Current State of
Affairs
Americans use 50% more oil than any other country in the
world for fuel and electricity. Less than 10% of the world’s
energy is supplied by Nuclear Power and another 10% is run
on alternative methods: i.e. wind, hydro and solar. The state
of this country and the world is in a downward spiral with
its created dependency on fossil fuels and blatant environmental
negligence.
We have solutions that are real, available and less
than one year away to global implementation.
According to a recent EPA report, the latest conventional
models average little more than 20 miles per gallon—the
worst showing since 1980.
On July 24, 2002 - The Honda FCX has become the first fuel
cell vehicle in the world to receive government certification,
paving the way for the commercial use of fuel cell vehicles.
Honda
will start a lease program for a limited number of
FCXs in the U.S and Japan by the end of this year. During
the first two-to-three-year period, Honda will lease about
30 fuel cell vehicles in California and the Tokyo metropolitan
area, two locations with access to a hydrogen fuel supply
infrastructure. The company currently has no plans,
however, for mass-market sales of fuel cell vehicles.
DaimlerChrysler
also announced the production of a fleet of Mercedes-Benz
A-Class cars in the U.S. and Europe. Like Honda's cars, the
DaimlerChrysler cars get their power from compressed hydrogen,
which mixes with oxygen to create electricity.
Finding a fueling station won't be easy. Companies who agree
to use Mercedes-Benzes' 60 fuel cell cars will also have to
install hydrogen-filling stations.
Our Cold Flame (M-Gas) H.O.D fuel system
will allow all current production models of vehicles to receive
a retrofit to water based fuel. Tailpipe emissions consist
of oxygen and water vapor. This technology will have a POSITIVE
effect on the environment by actually generating oxygen instead
of polluting the air with unburned hydrocarbons and toxic
particulate matter. This system can also be used for all internal
combustion engines.
The Solid State Power Generator is self-sustaining;
high output and has such unlimited potential that it would
be impossible to list them all here. Some of the most obvious
uses would be: Electrical power generation, portable power
plants, electric automobiles that would run indefinitely,
computer power supplies, military vehicles.
The Sympathetic Wave Heater would solve
all of the problems associated with the high expense of heating
water or liquids with gas or electricity. Using our system,
all homes, factories and remote populations could inexpensively
retrofit to our low energy/high output, heating technology.
Portable thermoses, water heaters, personal heaters and camping
cookers are just a few of the limitless applications for this
low voltage, heating technology.
The Plan
The technologies that we have developed have been thoroughly
tested and are in the final stages of application. At this
time, it is our desire to refine our laboratory demonstration
units so that they are attractive, aesthetically refined devices
that can be used for professional demonstrations and presentations.
This task can be accomplished within a few months.
License rights for each application of each technology will
be sold, regionally, to the most qualified purchaser. The
license will also include a fair royalty for the sales life
of the applied device. We will be maintaining control of the
patent, copyright and authorized use of each technology.
Many technologies which can effectively reduce emissions,
provide unlimited electrical power, or increase fuel economy
have been introduced in the past. Historically, automobile
manufacturers have either refused to embrace them or have
been hesitant to implement them for expense reasons.
By acquiring product specific, regional license rights for
each application mentioned above, the industries supplying
the above technologies will be responsible for developing,
designing, distributing and supporting consumer demands. In
this way we will be expanding without excessive overhead and
working with multiple manufacturers, instead of competing
with them.
We feel that European markets may be more accepting of all
our technologies in our early stages. A publicity agent will
be handling press releases as well as televised interviews
for our company, on a national scale.

Summary:
After many years of intense research at a cost of tens of
millions of dollars, we have perfected revolutionary, demonstrable
energy producing systems with world changing implications.
The Solid State Power Generator has achieved
the ability to generate electricity using no moving parts,
operates silently, and can be scaled to produce vast quantities
of electricity with no fuel required and no toxic gas emitted.
This energy system has zero effect on the environment. This
technology is the answer to man’s dream of the perfect,
clean, silent, nonpolluting energy producing system.
By combining this revolutionary Solid State Power
Generator with known processes of water hydrolysis,
we are able to produce M-gas, which is simply a monatomic
molecule of hydrogen and oxygen. M-gas can be used for clean
burning fuel to power internal combustion engines, as a fuel
for welding, as a breathing gas and for thousands of other
useful applications.
The M-gas generating system can be engineered to produce
Hydrogen-On-Demand (H.O.D.), which can power
an internal combustion engine. The tail-pipe emissions will
consist of oxygen and water vapor. Imagine vehicles whose
exhaust emissions simulate the environmental impact of a rain
forest on the environment. Compared to this technology, vehicle
fuel cells, hybrid vehicle power systems, and hydrogen-powered
vehicles are obsolete, complicated and expensive.
The Sympathetic Wave Heater will heat liquids
using a small fraction of the power normally required by traditional
means. The heat energy given off by the device can be captured
to produce electricity for little or no cost. When combined
with the Solid State Power Generator, self-sustaining
apparatus can be constructed, such as building a heating system
that requires little or no electricity to operate, or even
generates electricity while heating the building.
A small 9-volt battery could be used to power a self-heating
portable thermos bottle, self-heating portable stove or even
a self-heating food container.
Heating and power systems can be best utilized in third world
countries that have little or no energy infrastructure. Portable
power systems can be installed directly into buildings without
the need for expensive, hazardous, power-line grids and substations
leading from power generation facilities.
Thousands of other applications will be discovered with further
research.
Energy Technology Contracts:
At the present time, our association has signed several contracts
with foreign government(s) to build power plants outside of
the United States. The power plants will range in size from
20 to 300 megawatts. Several investors have expressed strong
interest in financing the power plants, with very favorable
terms. We will own, operate, and maintain the power plants
using state of the art satellite telemetry. Our control center
can be located almost anywhere in the world. The power plants
will require only a few trained local technicians to oversee
the operations. We will share the proceeds from the sale of
electricity, for the life of the power plant, with the government
of the country hosting the power plant and the investor.
A typical 25 Megawatt plant will produce approximate revenues
of $20,000,000 USD per year. A typical 50 Megawatt plant will
produce approximate revenues of $40,000,000 USD per year.
And a typical 300 Megawatt plant will produce revenues of
approximately $240,000,000 USD per year. Over the 30-year
lifetime of a 300 Megawatt plant, a total income of $7,200,000,000
USD would be realized. Water-Power Energy Technology Group,
Inc. would receive approximately 50 to 75% of these proceeds.
Sometime after the first power plant is completed, we will
enter the next phase of our program. We plan to construct
refined, well-engineered, aesthetically pleasing demonstration
units to power vehicles, boats, factories, mining operations,
etc, which will be used for either public exhibition or demonstrations
to prominent potential licensees. The units will utilize acrylic
(see-through) cabinets and simple components for maximum visibility
and easy comprehension of the operation of the device.
Due to the economic ramifications of this technology, we
plan to sell or license the technology to any and all the
major industrial powers, specifically, the Power Generation
Industry, the Automotive and Engine Manufacturing Industry,
and the Oil Refining Industry.
It is our intention not to attempt to compete with the major
manufacturing and energy producing consortiums. Rather, it
is our desire to license the technology to all qualified and
capable energy producing industrial entities. We plan to research,
develop, and market some of the more minor applications such
as: self heating liquid or food containers, solid state (no
battery required) power systems for computers, medical equipment,
home appliances, and more.
